Yes, he is the monkey that he appears to be. We love him!
These are his adorable little twin firends, Ben and Brecca. They have a very rare disease and life threatening called Ataxia-Telangiectasia. Children with A-T are usually confined to wheelchairs by age 10 and often do not survive their teens. Because A-T is a multi-system disease, scientists believe that A-T research will help more prevalent diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, AIDS, and cancer.
My sister Jamie (Matthew's mom) is helping their mom get the word out and get donations for research.
Ben and Brecca's mom helps my sister out a whole lot. She watches Matthew so that Jamie can go back to school.
